Last week I started the 52 Week Freedom Challenge with almost 700 other distributors in my company. There could be more but that’s how many are on the private Facebook Group. The first thing I had to do was to commit to the challenge in order to stay in the group. The challenge puts us on track to financial freedom by the end of the 52 weeks. As we sponsor people who also want to make a financial difference in their lives we help them get on the 52 week challenge too.
OK. So, last week I re-listened to Making The Shift by Darren Hardy, this time taking notes and sharing them with my accountability partners. Taking notes can really solidify what you are hearing!
Then, although I’ve been with my company for over 2 years, I took the next step of doing our 72 hour challenge that we teach a new distributor. It is really refreshing to redo the 72 hr. challenge every once in a while just as though we were re-launching our business.
Starting this challenge came on the heels of our National Convention. And along with convention came another challenge from the company to sign up 10 new retail customers in our first week back from convention. This fit right in with getting started with the 52 week challenge. The excitement and adrenalin of doing both pushed me on to “get ‘er done”! And with the new changes in our company, like a new 3 minute product video, it is easier than ever to do our business! Most people who see the video feel like it’s almost a no-brainer to join at least as a retail customer.
I did meet the challenge! I got my 10! And now I’m cheering on my team and the others in the group to do the same! We can do this!
What I learned through this week:
Having a clear cut plan makes it so much easier and rewarding to do this business!
The more you do something, the easier it becomes and the more fun it becomes!
It’s so much more encouraging and motivating to be a part of a group that is working toward the same goal.
Set a goal, a deadline, make a new list, and get started.
This week has made me appreciate so much what our leaders have done to make our business easier and more enticing. I see how the success of this week and the weeks to come is setting us up for a very exciting and profitable holiday season, which for us, is our busiest time!
Stay tuned for week 2!
